Scheduling:

If you would like to schedule an appointment with me, please call (925) 434-1414 and leave a message on my confidential voicemail. You can also schedule an appointment with me by clicking here. I will receive notification of a consult request and will contact you.

Tele-psychiatry:

I offer video appointments on a case-by-case basis. I recommend an in-office visit for all initial appointments.

Insurance:

I do not accept insurance. However, if you have out-of-network benefits I can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

Payment:

Please contact me to discuss my fees. I request payment at the time of your appointment and accept FSA, credit cards, checks, and cash.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Otherwise, you will be charged the usual fee for the appointment.
